Do I need to participate in all three formats (On Paper, Online, Local)?

No! You can choose one, two, or all three depending on your capacity and layout preference. Your presence is valuable however you choose to manifest it.
How do the "On Paper Exchanges" work?

If you opt into the paper exchanges, we will align mailing paths. Please ensure you provide a valid, safe physical mailing address when filling out your details so we can send physical artifacts, documentation, and handwritten letters directly to you.
How do we access the Online Gatherings?

We are using Google Meet portals to remain universally accessible across mobile and desktop devices without requiring account downloads. Direct links will land in your preferred calendar or inbox on the day you “Save the Date” and again 24 hours prior to, our Saturday, October 24 and Sunday, October 25 meetings.
I want to facilitate a localized workshop or showcase a project. Can I?

Absolutely! We are a collection of leaders across the arts, agriculture, technology, literature, education, and wellbeing. Please use the "Quests & Questions" field in the signup block to pitch your concept so we can build space for your unique expression.
